Quotes from episode

“You just have to make yourself do it. Even when there is something you don’t want to do, you just have to do it. When you do it and get through it, you can do it again. You build your confidence that way.” – Michel Compton click to tweet

“Whatever it is you are doing, you have to do it every day. And it doesn’t have to be all good. If you do something every day, even just 10 minutes, those 10 minutes add up.” – Michael Compton click to tweet
